The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has published the "Transport and Telecommunications Statistics" in the fourth quarter of 2020 (Q4 2020), with data on air, rail, road transport and telecommunications.

In the territory of Kosovo there are a total of 333 km of railway tracks for transport.

In the fourth quarter of 2020 (Q4 2020), the number of passengers who used the train as a means of travel was about 15 000, where compared to the fourth quarter of 2019 (Q4 2019), the number of passengers decreased by (-52.07%).

The transport of goods (freight transport) by train in Q4 2020 was about 145 thousand tons, where compared to Q4 2019 there is an increase by 5.06%.

In terms of the number of flights, in Q4 2020 there were 1 396 flights where compared to the same period last year (Q4 2019), there is a decrease by (-23%). The number of passengers who have used the aircraft as a means of transport was about 377 thousand, where compared to the same period last year (Q4 2019) there is a decrease by (-28.62%).
