The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has published the "Transport and Telecommunications Statistics" in the third quarter 2020 (Q3 2020), with data on air, rail, road transport and telecommunications.

In the territory of Kosovo there are a total of 333 km of railway tracks for transport.

In the third quarter of 2020 (Q3 2020), the number of passengers who have used the train as a means of travel was about 15 thousand, where compared to Q3 of 2019, the number of passengers has decreased by (-48.97%).

The transport of goods by train (freight transport) in Q3 2020 was about 16 thousand tons, where compared to Q3 2019 there is a decrease by (-86.12%).

In terms of the number of flights in Q3 2020 is 1 212 flights, where compared to the same quarter last year (Q3 2019) there is a decrease by (-58%). The number of passengers who have used the aircraft as a means of transport during this quarter was about 275 thousand, which compared to the same quarter last year (Q3 2019) decreased by (-64.85%).
