Transport and Telecommunications Statistics, Q2 2020
The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has published the "Transport and Telecommunications Statistics" in Q2 2020, with data on air, rail, road transport, and telecommunications.
In the territory of Kosovo there are a total of 333 km of railway tracks for transport.

This has come as a result of the Government Decision (in March 2020) for the measures taken in the fight against COVID-19, where passenger transport has been suspended until May 2020.
The transport of goods (freight transport) by train in the second quarter of 2020 is about 144 thousand tons, where compared to the same quarter of 2019 there is a decrease by (-5.70%).
The number of flights in Q2 2020 was 94 flights, where compared to the same quarter last year (Q2 2019) there is a decrease by (-96%). The number of passengers who have used the aircraft as a means of transport during this quarter was about 19 thousand, which compared to the same quarter last year (Q2 2019) has decreased by (-96.79%).
