The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has released the Short-term Statistics of Services by presenting the index of the volume of services for the month of December 2022 (2020=100).

In December 2022, the turnover index in the service sectors, compared to the same month of the previous year (December 2021), was: Hotels (46.03%); Trade (40.43%); Travel agencies (24.24%); Information and Communication (24.02%); Architecture and Engineering Activities (16.02%); Bar-Restaurants (4.2%); and Transportation and Storage (3.58%).

Whereas, the number of employees in the service sectors, compared to the same month of the previous year (December 2021), was: Trade (30.94%); Architecture and Engineering Activities (24.55%); Information and Communication (14.74%); Transport and Storage (12.2%); Travel agencies (4.68%); Bar-Restaurants (4.23%); and Hotels (0.44%).
