The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has released the Short-term Industry Statistics by presenting the industrial volume index in the month of April 2022 (2020=100).

With the data it provides, this survey aims to present the progress in the industry: B – Mining and Quarrying, C – Manufacturing, D - Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, and E - Water supply, sewerage waste management and remediation activities, , in quarterly periods in order to understand the cycle of development in industry.

In April 2022, compared to the same month of the previous year (April 2021), the turnover index in the industry sectors was: Mining industry (Mining and quarrying) 0.35%; Manufacturing industry 0.15%; Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply 0.28% and Water supply, waste management and treatment activities -0.1%;
