This publication provides data on the use of information and communication technology by households and individuals of the category aged 16-74 years old throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

From the results of this publication, it results that in 2020, 96.4% of households in Kosovo had access to the Internet from home, from any device, while 3.4% of households stated that they did not have access to the Internet from any kind of device. Internet access has mainly been from mobile phones, followed by laptops/portable computers, desktop computers, tablets, etc.

Meanwhile, the use of the Internet for private purposes for the use of online public services to process requests / services, has observed some changes in percentage compared to 2019.
