The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has published the Kosovo Government Accounts on a quarterly basis (Q3 2021).

This publication presents the statesments of government revenues and expenditures within this period.

The total amount of revenues of General Government in Q3 2021 were 673.9 million Euros, while the revenues in Q3 2020 were 512.6 million Euros.

Most of the revenues are taxes on products, which represent 72.0% of total revenues, while the remaining part is distributed in other categories of revenues.

The total expenditures of the General Government in Q3 2021 were 526.9 million Euros, while the expenditures in Q3 2020 were 579.8 million Euros.

The largest share of expenditures consists of: compensation of employees (29.3%); social contributions and benefits (25.6%); intermediate consumption (13.5%); and gross capital formation (13.1%), while the rest of the expenditures are distributed in other categories of expenditures.
