Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) publishes Kosovo Government Accounts on a quarterly basis (Q2 2021). This publication presents the statements of government revenues and expenditures within this period

The total amount of General Government incomes in Q2 2021 were 660.0 million Euros, while the incomes in Q2 2020 were 587.2 million Euros.

Most of the incomes are taxes on products, which represent 59.9% of total incomes, while the rest is distributed to other categories of incomes.

The total expenditures of the General Government in Q2 2021 were 505.9 million Euros, while the expenditures in Q2 2020 were 534.9 million Euros.

The largest share of expenditures consists of compensation of employees 32.1%; social contributions and benefits 27.3%; intermediate consumption 15.4%; and gross capital formation 11.0%; while the rest of the expenditures are distributed in other categories of expenditures.
