The total Construction Cost Index in Kosovo (CCI) decreased by (-0.6%) in the fourth quarter (Q4) 2022, compared to the third quarter (Q3) 2022. The biggest decrease was in: energy (-42.8 %); and materials (-0.3%).

Meanwhile, there was an increase in: machinery (3.9%); other costs (1.4%); and wages (0.9%).

Meanwhile, comparing Q4 2022 with the same period of the previous year (Q4 2021), the Construction Cost Index increased by 16.7%. The increase in the index was mainly observed in: transport (40.4%); machinery (17.8%); materials (17.6%); other costs (12.5%); and wages (9.6%).

Meanwhile, a decrease was observed in energy (-15.2%).
