The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has compiled the "Construction Cost Index in Kosovo" (CCI) in the fourth quarter of 2018 (Q4 2018), with the base year 2015 = 100.

Total Construction Cost Index in Kosovo increased by 0.2% in the fourth quarter of 2018 (Q4 2018) compared to Q3 2018. The largest increase was observed in the categories: other costs by 1.1%; energy by 0.4%; and materials by 0.2%.

Compared to the same period of the previous year, Q4 2017, the Construction Cost Index increased by 1.5%. The increase of the index was mainly observed in the categories: transport (14.3%), other costs (2.2%) and materials (1.4%).
