Results of the Survey on Use of Information and Communication Technology, 2018
The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has published the results of the Survey on Use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in 2018.
This publication provides data on the use of information and communication technology by households and by individuals of the category age 16-74 throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
From the results of this publication, it turns out that in 2018, 93.2% of households in Kosovo had access to the internet from homes, from any device. While only 6.6% of households stated they did not have access to the Internet from any device.
Online access was mainly from mobile phones, followed by laptops/portable computers, desktop computers, tablets, etc.
Meanwhile, the use of the Internet for private purposes for the use of online public services, to process requests/services has increased by 4.4% compared to 2017.
